About Mary Kate DiLegge

Mary Kate’s Fire Island story started at just 15 years old when she began lifeguarding on the beach. During those summers, she lived in Ocean Beach, giving her a true insider’s experience of island life. Like many people who discover the magic of the island, she quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and close-knit community.

Years later, she returned for her “big girl job,” knowing Fire Island was exactly where she wanted to be. Today, Mary Kate is a licensed real estate agent who works closely alongside top Fire Island broker Joanie Woletsky, assisting clients through every step of the buying, selling, and rental process while also working with clients of her own. Her local knowledge, hands-on experience, and genuine love for the island allow her to help clients find their perfect place—whether it’s a summer rental, vacation home, or investment property.
