Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I offer clients a unique combination of market knowledge,

financial expertise, and hands-on real estate experience.

My husband and I have owned and managed rental properties since the mid-1990s, and over the

past 10 years we have purchased, renovated, and sold more than 20 homes throughout Long

Island. This firsthand experience gives me valuable insight into property values, renovation

costs, investment opportunities, and the home buying and selling process.

I graduated from Hofstra University in 1990 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and began

my career in Audit at Arthur Andersen before earning my CPA designation. Over the past 36

years, my accounting career has strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and

integrity that I bring to every real estate transaction.

As a lifelong resident of Queens and Long Island, I have called Centerport home for more than

26 years. My deep knowledge of the local communities and housing market enables me to help

buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions with confidence.
