He has appeared on the pilot of TLC's Your Place Or Mine and was the OG "Brooklyn Expert" on "The Hunt" segment of many episodes of NBC's Open House NY , touring buyers through some of the most fun and /or exclusive properties in burgeoning neighborhoods around the borough.

A local guy who was born and raised in Brooklyn and Bergen County NJ, Chad has proudly resided in NYC for the past three decades. Chad is an alumni of New York University/Tisch School of the Arts and currently resides in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn.
