Bennie is a US Air Force Veteran who brings expertise from years of facilities management and personal experience with investment properties. He can see the potential in a property while understanding the tasks involved in its beautiful transformation. His practical experience is coupled with a thirst for learning. Bennie holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in business disciplines and is currently working toward his PhD. Being born and raised in NYC and working on Long Island for several years, Bennie specializes in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.

Through his travels throughout the world and living in diverse communities nationwide, Bennie has learned to connect with clients from various backgrounds and industries. His calm demeanor, patience, and excellent listening skills allow him to truly understand his client's expectations. These skills and experiences are a perfect complement to his wife, Fran, who is also with The Agency, as they partner on real estate projects.
